Buying Your Blazer and School Uniform

We encourage all of our pupils to wear full school uniform, including a Blazer.

Blazers give our pupils a smart appearence, improve the ethos of the school, help make our pupils feel proud to be part of Bo'ness Academy and help keep them warm in class during the colder weather.

The school is offering 2 Blazer Fitting Evenings which will be targeted at our P7 parents for the new S1 intake in August 2018, however it is also open to any parent or pupil who would like to come along.

The dates for these are 5th June and 6th June 4.00pm-6.00pm in Bo'ness Academy Hub.

You will be able to order and pay for your blazer on the evening and it will delivered to the school in August for you to collect.

If you cannot attend these evenings then you can still visit the shop in Falkirk.  However the shop can get extremely busy in July and August and I would urge you to go early to avoid the crowds.

BE Schoolwear will give 10% discount if you purchase schoolwear from their SHOP in June, but you must take a copy of the leaflet into the store with you (leaflet available from the school office).

If you do not wish to purchase a blazer from BE Schoolwear you can buy any blazer and have the school badge embroidered on to it.  We can supply a paper copy of the badge for this purpose.

Why not Recycle?!

If you are finished with a blazer and it is still in good condition why not return it to the school.  We are delighted to be able to recycle good blazers to a new home.

Our School Uniform

A Reminder, our School Uniform consists of:

  • Blazer
  • White shirt
  • School tie
  • Black skirt or trousers (no leggings or jeans)
  • Black shoes (no trainers

Lost Property

Each year we have a mountain of lost property.  If your childs name is on their clothing and belongings we can easily reunite them with their lost possessions!
